1. Select 12 photos or photo collages (13 photos if opting for a photo cover), and write your 6-digit kit number (use pencil only) on each of the 12 monthly stickers provided (and cover photo sticker if ordering a photo cover). Affix the sticker to the back lower right-hand corner of each photo or collage. If you misplace the monthly stickers, you may use a post-it note instead. (Write the month & kit number on it.)

2. Choose the calendar start date and complete Section A of your kit sheet. Your calendar can start in any month and will continue for a total of 12 months.

3. If you would like to have personalized dates, personalized titles, special cover designs, heavyweight paper or duplicate calendars, fill out Sections B - F on your kit sheet(each option is described on pages 3 & 4 in the Instruction Booklet.)

4. Rush Service: For a one-time charge of $15.00 per kit (NOT per calendar), we will ship your completed calendar(s) within 10 business days of receipt of your order. (Only valid for up to 30 calendars.) Fill in Section G on your kit sheet. Super rush service costs $30.00 and ships in 5 business days. (Only valid for up to 15 calendars.)

5. Return your calendar kit: Insert all your photos or photo collages into the 9" x 12" return envelope we provide. (Your photos or photo collages must fit in this envelope to be acceptable.) Enclose any payment due, your completed kit sheet and a piece of lightweight cardboard to protect your photos. Seal, affix postage (generally 4-5 stamps) and send back to Happy Kids Productions. If you have more than one kit, double check to make sure you put the correct photos with the correct kit sheet.
