Mailing Your Calendar Kit Back to Happy Kids

When mailing your kit back to Happy Kids, keep in mind that it can take a week or longer for the post office to deliver your kit to us, especially during November and December. Consider mailing your calendar kits in by Oct. 31st to avoid the Christmas rush. Allow up to 4 weeks (faster if using our rush service) from the date we receive your calendar kit for us to ship your finished calendar(s). All calendars will be sent to the address listed on your kit sheet.

Your original photos will be returned with
your finished calendars.

In order to assure your calendars ship by December 16, you must have your finished kit received at Happy Kids by our holiday deadlines:

November 18, 2005 for non rush orders
December 2, 2005 for rush orders
December 9, 2005 for 5 day
super rush orders

Deadlines are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and on our voice mail message.

Please write your e-mail address on your kit sheet. We will e-mail you
when we receive your kit and again when your calendars ship.

Rush Options

10 Day Rush Service:
For a one-time charge of $15.00 per kit (only valid for up to 30 calendars), we will ship your calendars to you within 10 working days of our receipt of your kit (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

If more than 30 duplicates call for price.

5 Day Super Rush Service: For a one-time charge of $30.00 per kit (only valid for up to 15 calendars), we will ship your calendars to you within 5 working days of our receipt of your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).

Note: If you have more than one kit, you have to pay a separate rush charge per kit. Check off the RUSH box on your Return Envelope and in Section G of your kit sheet. If the calendars are not shipped within 10 working days from the date we receive your kit, we will refund your rush charge! NOTE: This option speeds up the production of your calendar only. It does not speed up the method of shipping your calendar. Please continue reading this section for faster shipping options.

Please be advised that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Please include your street address if choosing this option. If no street address is given, your calendars will ship Priority Mail.

Shipping Options: All calendars are normally shipped, at no additional charge, by USPS Priority Mail to the 50 states, IPO and PO Boxes. This is a non-guaranteed 3-8 day service and is not tracked or insured.

Insured & Trackable Ground Shipping: (Continental 48 states only) For a one-time charge of $5.00 per kit, we will ship your order UPS Ground insured.

UPS 2-Day Air Shipping: For a one-time $10.00* charge per kit, we will ship your order via guaranteed Two Business Day shipping. (Up to 25 calendars)

UPS Overnight Shipping: For a one time $20.00* charge per kit, we will ship your calendar and up to 25 calendars via guaranteed Next Business Day Air shipping.

*Call for prices for more than 25 calendars for 2-day, overnight shipping or for shipping outside continental 48 states

Note: These shipping options do not speed up the production of your calendars
You must choose our Rush Service speed up the making of your calendars.

Redos and Refunds

We guarantee the quality of our products. We will happily remake, free of charge, any calendar that is defective in any way because of an error Happy Kids has made. You must notify us, within 60 days of receiving your finished calendars, of any problems with workmanship. Your finished calendar will contain specific directions on how to have your calendars redone.

If you decide, after purchasing your kit that you no longer want to use it for this year, you can keep the kit to use for next year (your calendar can start with any month). Or, if you prefer, you can return your kit to us, within 60 days, for a refund. (We will deduct $3.00 for our processing fee) After 60 days we will give you a credit only. No refunds or credit will be given for kits returned after 6 months.
